If you’re approaching from Baslow Road (A623) follow signs for Curbar near a pub called The Bridge Inn. Take the road heading directly up the hill (Curbar Lane). Go past the old red phone box and keep going up the hill. You'll see a large house called Plumpton on your right, and take the next right hand turn, just before you get to the stables, and the ‘National Speed Limit’ sign. Blink and you’ll miss it. Head down that little private road and come into the gravelled parking area on the left. You’ll see Harebell Cottage next to the main house, Hollin Croft.
If you’re heading DOWN the hill from Curbar Gap, come past the Curbar Gap car park and beware the hairpin bend. As you enter the village, you’ll see the stables on the left hand side. The private track to the cottage is down the lane, on the left, just below the stables.
